What is Coffee Club?

Coffee Club is a monthly subscription that gives you exclusive discounts and perks at participating independent coffee shops in your city. One membership, many cafes.

How do I redeem my discount at a coffee shop?

Open the Coffee Club app and navigate to the merchant's page. Show the cashier your active membership screen — they'll apply your discount at the counter.

Which coffee shops are included?

All participating merchants are listed in the app under the Home tab. The list grows as new coffee shops join, so check back regularly.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel anytime from your iPhone's Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Coffee Club. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.

My discount isn't working at the counter — what do I do?

First, make sure your membership is active in the app (Home tab shows your status). If it shows active but the merchant is having trouble, email us at support@nagacoffee.club and we'll sort it out quickly.

How do I update my account details?

Tap the profile icon in the bottom navigation of the app. From there you can update your name, email, and other account information.
